– Issue detailed budget proposals and costs – Check and certify quotations from nominated sub-contractors – Everything is clear and make sure there are no hidden costs
– Combination of contract packages for procurement and construction – Design proposal, budget, and programme are developed with the client; and agreed for sign-off
– Apply for required licenses for the client – Coordinate on license application procedures
– Provision of 12-months warranty service for the project delivered
